The American Business Law Journal (ABLJ) is a highly selective faculty-edited, international, peer-reviewed journal that welcomes manuscripts that comprehensively explore and analyze legal and ethical issues that affect businesses, not only within the United States but also across the globe. We publish law review articles that make a significant scholarly contribution to the field of business law. We receive hundreds of submissions per year, but only accept 12 to 16 manuscripts for publication. The ABLJ is ranked #5 in the 2019 Washington & Lee Law Journal Rankings for journals in Business, Corporations and Securities Law. It is ranked as an “A” journal by the Australian Business Deans Council.
