The mission of The First Tee of Los Angeles is, "to impact the lives of young people by providing educational programs that build character, instil life-enhancing values and promote healthy choices through the game of golf." In 2016, The First Tee of Los Angeles has impact over 90,000 young people in Los Angeles County through partnerships with local elementary/middle schools, after-school locations such as Boys & Girls Clubs and city recreation centers, in addition to our core life-skills curriculum which takes place at golf courses located in Los Angeles County.
