Smile Foundation is a South African non-profit organisation that aims to assist children from disadvantaged backgrounds to receive life-changing Plastic and Reconstructive surgery, to correct facial anomalies that these children have been born with or developed as a result of trauma. We assist children with Cleft Lip or Palate, facial paralysis (Moebius Syndrome), ear and nose anomalies and other conditions that require reconstructive surgery.
