Whoop Dee Doo is an artist-led project that creates ambitious installations and live performances as collaborations with local community and youth groups. Since 2006, Whoop Dee Doo has designed over 45 commissioned projects and has received a Franklin Furnace Grant, an Abrons Arts Center Fellowship, and was a 2016 artist-in-residence at the High Line (NYC). Whoop Dee Doo is a featured artist group on the PBS documentary series Art21, and has taught extensive educational programming with MoMA, Abrons Arts Center, the Museum of Art & Design, the Art21 Education Department, and others. www.whoopdeedoo.org
