Coach’s Corner Property Management was conceived out of a profound desire by its founder Curt Kassab to create a management firm that reflected the professionalism and care that his other successful businesses manifested. As the owner of 12 rental properties, Curt tried employing multiple management firms to oversee his properties only to be frustrated by the lack of professionalism and customer service he experienced. As a serial entrepreneur who is obsessed with getting the details right, Curt eventually developed systems and experience that he believed could not only be utilized in his own portfolio, but could be offered to the public as a remedy for the splitting headaches of property management. Teaming up with a long-time friend, assistant coach, and real estate broker, Curt is building the premier management firm in the central Virginia area.
