Functions: - To study the scientific and technological issues, that related to the field of environment; - To implement and apply the environmental research achievements and transfer environmental technologies to support sustainable development in Vietnam;To implement and apply the environmental research achievements and transfer environmental technologies to support sustainable development in Vietnam; - To offer the consultancies to State’s institutions on Environmental Protection Policy and the development of Environmental Technologies; - To train the professional staffs and to implement the international coopreation in the fields of environmental technologies research and application.
