Originally an old Malthouse, the updated and thoughtfully refurbished Feathered Nest offers a cosy, warm and welcoming atmosphere. The Nest also serves as a convenient base from which to explore the quaint and charming villages as well as the rural surroundings. The quality of our food is at the heart of The Feathered Nest, offering modern British cooking. Locally produced ingredients are sourced where possible. Fish is delivered daily from the west coast of Britain and many of the herbs and vegetables come from our own kitchen garden. An eclectic wine list, of 240+ bins, combines ‘classics’ with carefully selected special wines from both Old and New World. Our guiding principle being quality and variety.
