Welcome to S.H.E. UK! We stand for Supporting Healing Educating and are a UK Registered Charity that offers help, support and information for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, sexual violence and rape. We support both men and women. The services S.H.E. UK offer are based on mutual support and empowerment. We offer adult survivors a wide range of activities, for up to 2 years: - Telephone support service (prior to counselling) - One to one counselling - Professionally facilitated support groups - Facilitated creative therapy groups - Arts & crafts workshops - Self-development courses - Social activities - Fundraising We are proud to be unique in our approach to supporting survivors - we are person centred, appreciate that everyone is different and ensure that people have enough time with us to move from merely surviving to thriving in their lives.
