Sølvtrans Grimstad, formerly DESS Aquaculture Shipping AS, was established in June 2016 with headquarter in Grimstad, Norway. The company strategy is to provide various types of vessels to support the aquaculture industry. Our main focus is fish welfare and biosecurity, and together with our clients develop solutions and technology to continuously improve the performance and be in compliance or above all applicable requirements. The company is aiming to be present in all areas where salmon is produced and we already have business in Norway, Canada, Scotland and Australia. From August 2021, Sølvtrans Grimstad is part of Sølvtrans, the world's largest wellboat company.
