Wendy & Debbie wrote and published "nourish - a community supported cookbook" in 2013. Since then, they have been working together as a team to help people find their paths to healthy lifestyles and choices. They work with individuals, families, and corporations through counseling, workshops, speaking, and cooking demonstrations. The bottom line: eat well, feel well; feel well, eat well. It's their goal to get everyone to eat real, whole foods, and find out how truly simple being healthy can be.
