The Congress of Aboriginal Peoples (Congress, CAP) is the National Aboriginal Organization that represents the interests of the off-reserve non-Status and Status Indians, Métis and Southern Inuit Aboriginal Peoples living in urban, rural and remote areas throughout Canada.
