The beautiful 165,000 square foot Rocky Mount Event Center is located in the beautiful Downtown Rocky Mount and is managed by Sports Facility Management (SFM). The multi-use event center houses a 75,000 sq. ft. field house that has 8 basketball courts, that can convert into 16 volleyball courts and can house various other indoor sporting events such as gymnastics, cheer and dance competitions or any indoor sports event. The space can convert into a 50'X94' champion style floor for a basketball championship with 4,000 seating capacity. The field house makes a great entertainment location for concerts, comedy shows, monster truck shows or family-fun entertainment shows. This configurable space can be utilized for conferences and trade shows with the capacity to hold up to 372 booths. Those who attend a trade show or conference at our facility has endless food options at one of our three concession stands. Our beautiful event center has two configurable banquet rooms that can host any size event with our outstanding in-house catering services that can be customized to you and your guest dietary needs. For those corporate organizations looking to host meetings and/or banquets, our rooms can convert to breakout rooms to customize to your liking. For those looking to have some extra fun, the Rocky Mount Event Center has a unique quality.......we house a 15,000 sq. ft. family entertainment center, Game Day "Adventure & Arcade". This area includes over 17 themed climbing walls, aerial ropes course, arcade games and soft play area/Ballocity for our younger visitors. Game Day makes for a great team building experience, after hours social event, birthday celebration or a fun night out.
