We are living more and more sedentary lifestyles despite knowing that physical activity makes us healthier and happier – we are dedicated to designing and curating experiences and pieces that encourage us to move more as we go about our everyday lives. While many of us think of physical activity as being just exercise or sport, science is reminding us that it’s everyday movement such as sitting actively and using the stairs that are more closely associated with improved health.
