Vegas Vegan Culinary School & Eatery is the first woman-owned, non-accredited vegan cooking school and deli in the US. Our mission is to provide individuals with the tools to learn the simplicity and deliciousness of plant-based eating and cooking as an alternative to the consumption of animals. Offering 20+ monthly classes taught routinely by our in-house chefs as well as by local vegan chefs, out-of-town chefs, celebrity chefs and (eventually) virtual, in-house classes with international chefs. Our deli/espresso bar offers freshly made, take away or eat-in food/drink selections. Our hosted events and educational workshops will always focus on giving back to our community and bringing awareness to our animal welfare/sustainable efforts.
