Hand In Hand Farm, Inc. is an organization located in the foothills of the Cascades near Lebanon, Oregon. Our overall goal is to build communities, one family at a time. To achieve this goal, we help rebuild individuals and families through agricultural adventures, parenting training and education, vocational training, and caring mentorship. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit, so donations may be tax-deductible. No one is turned away, all that is required is for the young adult or adults that participate have a willingness to change and grow.
