The Mindful Monkey is a virtual reality calming room. It was created in support of kids who sometimes need to take a break, recenter themselves and learn to manage their big emotions. Kids are invited into the Mindful Monkey's virtual world. There they can spend time engaging in various mindfulness activities, or just hangout with their buddy, the Mindful Monkey. All activities have been developed utilizing the latest in Counselling techniques and technology. The Mindful Monkey app is available on both the Google Play store and the Apple store and is compatible with any basic handheld VR headset or smartphone VR headset.
