The following assessments are conducted: Psychometric testing of selected candidates using either/or Myers-Briggs and Discus type profiles, Criminal, Credit bureau and Qualification checks. Reference checking from previous employers as well as general knowledge assessments, figure ability, English and Afrikaans spell checks are conducted. For Contract and temporary staff, Payroll is administered, and all statutory deductions are taken care of. For Permanent staff progress is monitored during the first three months and assistance is given to any issues that may arise, through mediation and guidance.
