According to Bank of Queensland’s research almost 40% of business owners say they experience stress. Business burnout is the feeling of exhaustion and lack of interest in daily work, resulting in poor performance. Business owners who are burned out usually feel like they're on their own, and have to do everything themselves because they don't trust their people to be accountable for their work. Over the last 28 years of having my own businesses including a pet resort, electrical contracting and business coaching, I understand firsthand the challenges that business owners have in trying to juggle it all.
