Agreeing to Remember is a workshop that teaches participants how to better communicate with people who have dementia using techniques found in performing improv. Learning to go with the flow and accepting others’ realities goes a long way in dementia care as well as performing improv. This fun and educational workshop taught by Rachael Wonderlin and Christopher Wright brings the two together to create a unique approach to caring for patients or loved ones who are living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Our purpose is to bring people who are experiencing the same hardships together for socialization, learning, and laughs. Our workshop is taught out of Steel City Improv Theater in Pittsburgh, PA. We are also available to come to your skilled nursing facility or personal care home to present our workshop to staff and family members. Plus, participants can now earn 2 CEU credits for attending!
