TOLbooth Records was founded in 2012 by Nickelodeon Big Time Rush star, Kendall Schmidt, in Burbank, California. The TOL in TOLbooth stands for "tree of life," which was the name of a tree that once stood outside Kendall's bedroom window. Kendall's Big Time Rush experience left him with an intimate knowledge of music production, distribution, and marketing. Today, TOLbooth Records has a dedicated marketing, legal, and production team that works to break talented independent acts. TOLbooth Records maintains a working relationship with traditional labels and promotional outlets, but specializes in new media and alternative promotional campaigns. The label operates worldwide and has successful implemented global music rollouts, tours, and merchandise agreements. As of right now, TOLbooth Records is seeking new talent to build out its roster.
