Equity Express Securities Exchange (Pty) Ltd. (EESE) is a Direct Retail Securities Exchange. EESE differs from the existing securities exchange environment in that it aims to: - Serve an under/unserved and largely unsophisticated investor base that seeks investment opportunities that meet their needs; - Provide for companies that require the ability to determine who the owners of their securities can be; and - Create a listing environment for traditional OTC counters which is appropriately regulated given the nature and size of these companies. The key client segment of EESE is Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment ("B-BBEE") special purpose vehicles ("SPVs").
