Inspire Performance is a 15 year old, UK based, privately owned company, led by Pippa and David Harrand. We have a strong client base across a wide range of public and private clients, 80% of who have been successfully working with us for over 10 years. We work across all business sectors with a specialist knowledge and experience in the built environment. Our skills and expertise are centered around humanistic psychology, sports coaching and behavioural change applied to organisational development. We focus on creating a sustainable balance through our assignments by giving equal focus and value to the performance outcomes that are achieved from financial, asset based, human, stakeholder and environmental capital.
