Established in 2005 as brokerage catering to new home builders. In 2012 the company decided to add a construction division and began renovating and flipping property. After success in downtown Boston with luxury lofts, the company ventured to the South Shore and began building homes in 2015 in Hingham. After adding design capabilities and construction licenses, the company began renovations and additions for clients in 2016. Today we are still a full service brokerage. Now we can be the broker that can fix your home to sell and/or find and fix your future home or find a property and build a completely new house from design to moving in.
