The success of the operation grew as a result of the successful blending of each team members skills, which were (and still are) underpinned by a shared passion for the retail property industry. Retail Africa focuses on developing and redeveloping neighbourhood, convenience and regional shopping centres. The efficiency of the team’s approach and the distinctive design of the centres put Retail Africa on the retail development map. The team continues to focus on regional, neighborhood and convenience shopping centre offerings, and has recently begun an expansion into Botswana and Eswatini.
