We are Chartered Surveyors based in Manchester specialising in providing commercial property advice across the North of England. We have a reputation for providing concise and innovative advice in both agency and general consultancy capacity for our clients who range from large corporate Plc's, to individual occupier companies and private and public investors. Based in Manchester city centre and in Hale, South Manchester, our sphere of work is mainly in the North West of England, however we do undertake acquisitions for corporate and investors clients throughout the UK and Ireland. Having worked for some of the major property firms in the North the aim of the directors of TFC was to establish a practice that could provide a concise and considered approach to property for our clients on a one to one basis without having the quality of advice diluted by too many cooks! Accordingly our work remains selective but not restrictive. We specialise in the provision of commercial property advice and pride ourselves in taking a proactive approach to instructions. The majority of advice we give to clients is in a brokerage capacity on both disposals and acquisitions within the industrial, office, retail and leisure sectors of the market. We also provide brokerage services for income producing investments within these fields but also have considerable experience in commercial and residential ground rent portfolios.
