Business Valuation, Inc. was founded by Don Wiggins in 1989. Since then, BVI has performed literally thousands of valuations for service companies, professional service companies, wholesale & retail companies, and consumer product companies in a variety of industries, including Healthcare, Transportation, Logistics & Distribution, Manufacturing, Technology and Business Services, among others. To better serve our clients, BVI developed “Finalyzer,” our proprietary software for use with valuations and financial modeling. The software helps to identify value drivers and forecast value under a variety of scenarios and provides BVI clients with an added benefit typically unavailable from other firms. As the company grew, the services we offered also expanded. In addition to valuations, BVI became the company of choice for Litigation Support Services, including expert testimony and measuring economic damages, etc. as well as Advisory Services, including Rapid Process Improvement, Troubled Company Advisory and Value Enhancement, among others. In 2008, to accommodate our growth and that of our sister company, Heritage Capital Group, BVI moved to our current location on Beach Boulevard in Jacksonville, FL.
