GENIUS YOU inspires teams to collaborate more creatively and productively when developing solutions to everyday challenges, by leveraging the creative potential of every individual. Our proposition is based on a 40 question psychometric survey, developed in tandem with the University of Sheffield, which helps people discover their creative strengths. It has been completed by over 5000 individuals. We have worked closely with a number of organisations including Unilever, ABInBev, HSBC, Tesco, Pernod Ricard, GlaxoSmithKline and the Red Cross.
