CEI Capital Management works in support of the mission of CEI: “To help create economically and environmentally healthy communities in which all people, especially those with low incomes, can reach their full potential.” CEI Capital Management creates and preserves jobs and improves quality of life in rural, low‐income communities nationwide by providing for‐profit and nonprofits businesses access to project capital, primarily through the Federal New Markets Tax Credit Program. Since 2004, CCML has placed over $1.02 billion of State and Federal New Markets investment capacity into 96 projects from Maine to Hawaii.
