Having listened to feedback we noted that landlords wanted to see their agent subscribing to professional bodies and ombudsman schemes as well as staff having industry qualifications. We took this onboard and all staff are currently working towards the NFOPP technical award in Residential Letting & Property Management which will enable us to join The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) and Property Ombudsman Scheme by Autumn 2010.
