Chef Janel Fields is a traveling culinary architect located in Dallas, Texas and the owner of Field of Greens DFW. Her focus is bringing fresh and healthy cuisine inspired by her multicultural upbringing to the metroplex and beyond. By using her extended knowledge in biochemistry, long-cherished family recipes and her love for cohesive flavors that lend to nutritional value become automatic. Serving diverse palates, allergies and health concerns, she is able to construct savory cuisines like none other.
