I am based in London and currently doing private catering (private chef) and Japanese cooking classes (demonstration chef). Most of my clients are in the UK but I also have a group in the south of France, whom I visit regularly. I have dome private che for Dr. Miriam Stoppard and her family for 5 weeks in France. Also BBC food ball presenter and food ball payer, Bob Willson’s , Willow Foundation event last month. I was one of the prize the evening for 500 founder.
