Saaremaa Lihatööstus OÜ (Saaremaa Meat Factory) produces a variety of sausages, packet preserved, smoked, semi-smoked, blood and barley products, pates, brawns. Among our selection there’s also locally raised beef. Most of our products are distributed ready pack-aged. For that reason our packaging selection is very vast as well. Most common are vacuum- and heat-shrinkable or modified atmosphere packaging. All of our smoked products are smoked with natural smoke, inside smoke ovens – offering our products a better and a more distinct flavour. Saaremaa meat products are well-known mostly for their premium quality. We have been successful in many product competitions.
