WellMind is a corporate wellness solution focused on fostering healthy workplace culture. Our goal is to provide support to teachers, medical workers, and other community-facing professionals who have dedicated their lives to helping others and who may be in need of additional emotional or mental health resources. Through wellness talks, coaching, and therapy, WellMind aims to reduce workplace toxicity, burnout, and ultimately, employee turnover. Equipped with emotional intelligence tools provided by our licensed therapists, managers can better connect with their employees and foster a healthier, more engaged, and more productive workforce. WellMind tackles workplace conflicts through 15-minute talks, or “Introspective Moments,” which cater to real-time team stressors that impact productivity. Essentially, we address things you don't want to. After each talk, employees will have a call to action as well as an opportunity to connect with a therapist and/or coach for further self-development. We want each person to thrive individually and within your organization. WellMind focuses on the reality that people are imperfect. With that, managers who have a large influence on company culture, often lack emotional intelligence and significantly contribute to unhealthy work environments. We know that people leave toxic managers, not jobs. We use evidence-based coaching strategies to help employees build EQ and to facilitate open communication between leaders and employees.
