Poke Theory is a fast food-first concept serving up modern poke bowls, acai bowls & coldpressed juices. Founded by sibling duo, Joey & Vannessa Lee in July 2016, the well-loved brand now has 16 stores in sunny Singapore and 2 in Surabaya and Bali, Indonesia. As of September 2019, Poke Theory became part of the Commonwealth Capital brand portfolio.
