Here at UPLIFT, we exist for teens. As our youth struggles with mental health and our world suffers from disconnection, an antidote is needed now more than ever. We are here to share ours. Welcome to our non-profit’s mission of teens leading teens to awaken their Inner BFF, own their whole wellness & create meaningful connection in the world. Our teens have become the teachers because THIS STUFF WORKS, and they are sharing the life-changing practices of yoga, mindfulness & connection with their peers, at a time when they need it most. We offer 8 week series, retreats, the first 200 hour training of its kind for TEENS, and all kinds of free tools via our YouTube Channel, podcast and online wellness network. We just launched our 8 week series online and are rolling out our national UPLIFT Teen Ambassador program so that teens from all over the country can start UPLIFT Clubs at their schools, sports clubs & more.
