Bells & Whistles” offers made-ups for beautiful homes, which are crafted by women coming from marginalized, poor, vulnerable and underprivileged sections of society. The brand has partnered with a flagship CSR arm of a renowned Multi National conglomerate with state of the art and world class manufacturing plants spread across the length and breadth of India. The overall aim of their Vocational Training Centers, as a part of CSR programme, is to help the youth, especially women to upgrade their skills and become financially independent. The Training Center educates, skills, trains and provides gainful employment to these women, which in turn helps them enhance their economic and social prosperity. They empower the women by giving them a sense of economic freedom, belongingness, pride and happiness which symbolizes them in their families with respect and gratitude. Presently we have around 500 women who as stakeholders, are making the most of this social enterprise.
