We have successfully represented both individuals and corporate clients in litigation matters in courts throughout New York State (including Supreme and Surrogate’s courts) and in the federal courts throughout the United States. We have also successfully participated in arbitrations (including FINRA arbitrations) and mediations. In addition, we have represented clients before government agencies in employment matters. Because we are a small firm, we are not either a plaintiff or defendant or employer or employee oriented firm. As such, we have a unique perspective on our adversaries’ positions and can use this unique perspective to our clients’ advantage. Firms which specialize in either plaintiff or defense work lack such a perspective.
