CSM Solutions Inc. is a New Hampshire based Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB). Established in 2004, CSM is focused on providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) staff augmentation solutions to our clients. CSM is a prime contractor on the Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE), and the Combat Leader Training and Battle Staff Ride (BSR) contracts. CSM is a subcontractor on the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command’s (INSCOM) Defense Language Interpretation and Translation Enterprise II (DLITE II) and U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Special Warfare Mission Support (SWMS) multi-award task order contracts. Since 2004, CSM has provided our clients with critical staff augmentation in the form of foreign language speakers (CAT I-III), cultural advisors, language instructors, military historians, trainers, and role players. We currently support and provide services to INSCOM, USSOCOM, the United States Army Europe (USAREUR), the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM), and the United States Secret Service (USSS). CSM Solution’s staff historians have developed and led over 1,000 staff rides for Commercial and Governmental groups. Staff rides represent a unique method of conveying the lessons of the past to the present-day leadership for current application. Properly conducted, these programs bring to life, on the very terrain where historic encounters took place, leadership examples, applicable today as in the past. Our programs include excursions to the World War I and II battlefields of Europe, key sites within the World War II Pacific Theater, and battlefields throughout the United States.
