Nadhi is an enterprise software and solutions company developing analytics and decision support solutions for construction supply chains. Our flagship product nPulse is a cloud based online onsite project analytics and decision support tool which makes sure that vital project information reaches decision makers via email and SMS alerts, dashboards and detailed reports that enable them to make informed decisions and course corrections in project execution leading to a more managed and efficient business process and reduced wastage of time, materials and resources. Our Lean Construction practice helps contractors in studying and analyzing their current construction process using tools such as work sampling, value stream mapping etc. Once we identify inefficiencies, we work closely with our clients to help them mitigate them via better tools and processes resulting in significant and measurable savings. We also help them inculcate a culture of regular planning and monitoring (using Last Planner concepts). Our clients include some of India's leading companies in the sector including contractors such as the Shapoorji Pallonji group, builders such as Sobha, and project management services providers such as KPMG. We are bootstrapped and incubated out of the IIT Madras Research Park.
