Elleroch is a company based in Malmö, Sweden, working within design and concept development. We develop our own ideas or work together with others in projects that result in products, exhibitions, workshops and events. Our organisation is built up around our gallery, Formgalleriet, and we host an online shop for the products from past and current exhibitions. The venue: Formgalleriet hos Elleroch is our venue for exhibitions and events. We curate and show local product design and let the designers exhibit prototypes and unique one off pieces along with information about their work process. We are interested in what happens when product design gets mixed up with art. Our Scandinavian heritage means a strong focus on logic and elegant function. We want to turn that upside down and allow form to take precedence over function. And what do you get? Located in central Malmö on a quirky beautiful shopping street with small shops and cafes a stone’s throw from malls and chains on the high street, our gallery attracts a wide audience. For larger events we work at different temporarily selected venues. Workshops: We provide affordable short courses in life skills and alternative art. We’ve teamed up with Malmö’s brightest creative minds to share their knowledge and help teach you a new skill.
