The Parlour Group employs 80 people and is constantly expanding. We are a multi venue hospitality group including the old-charm soul at The Village Inn, Paddington, Surly’s, an all American BBQ restaurant in Surry Hills, The classy 200 seat New York style Riley St Garage in Woolloomooloo and our newest venture Stanton & Co, a 240-seat restaurant in Rosebery.
