We are the Coalition for African Diaspora Student-Athletes (CADSA) and our mission is to unite and support those who identify as such. With our collective voice, we advocate for social and academic upward mobility by fostering connections, education, and access to resources. CADSA ensures that Black student-athletes are welcomed, supported, and heard, while enhancing the overall student-athlete experience through programming that promotes allyship and is inclusive of race, sexual orientation, gender, ability, and class.
