Psychological Trauma Services: First, I would like to address those of you who have undergone psychologically difficult or terrible experiences, and say that I’m truly sorry this happened to you and that it is a brave step in the right direction to continue your recovery process with support. I would imagine that as a survivor, you have worked hard to be where you are today, and I’d like to emphasize that at no matter what stage in the process you find yourself, you don't have to do it alone. There may be aspects of recovery that you continue to struggle with, and that's okay.
