The National Board of Early Access Medicine (NBEAM) serves physicians and therapeutics companies with education and policy support on the use of Expanded Access clinical trials. A 501c3 non-profit corporation, founded in 2012 under its original name, ALS Emergency Treatment Fund. NBEAM is the oldest continuously running organization that specializes in pre-first-approval access to new medicines.
