Acorn Infrastructure Service Limited is a concern on Bangla Trac Limited (BanglaCAT). 100 MW x 2 AISL HFO based Power Plant is built with Sate of the Art Technology, using the Caterpillar 16CM43 Model reciprocating Engine which is manufactured in Germany. The Plant uses most fuel efficient engines and the best quality of material and service, which has helped to make this Plant one of the best installed HFO based Power Plant in Bangladesh. Since announcement of the Commercial Operation on 26th March 2012, its Power Plant is the most utilized HFO based Power Plant in the country and has even reduced generation cost and tariff to the Government.
