We think it comes down to two main reasons – our service attitude and the quality of our translators and interpreters. Our business has grown phenomenally AND organically due to four main factors: 1) We only hire certified human translators who are qualified and translate “into” their native tongue. These team members are a combination of in-house, full-time contract, as well as part-time contract personnel. 2) We proofread all translation work with an independent certified translator, as well as a second independent “document format” check before returning work to a customer. We do this with a process that meets even tight deadlines! We provide 24 hour round-the-clock services for many of our contracts! 3) We are certified to CGSB-131.10, the Canadian standard for processing of translation services. We are also certified to as per ISO17100 -Translation services, which requires a separate translator to proofread and revise all our documents. 4) We offer great customer service! We respond quickly and personally to our customers’ needs with dedicated Account Coordinators.
