The Learning & Development Institute (L&DI) is the professional body representing members involved in or concerned with Learning and Talent Development in Ireland. Members work in all sectors and industries: consultancy, voluntary, public sector, education and the community. Founded in 1969, the L&DI's members are organised through a National Council and a number of regional networks. L&DI's head office is at Sycamore House, Millennium Business Park, Naas, Co Kildare, Ireland.
