Thrive Women's Empowerment Incorporated is a professional mentorship program that matches undergraduate young women with a mentor, that has recently graduated, in their major and/or desired career field. We currently serve young woman that attend North Carolina A&T State University, Winston Salem State University, Bennett College, and Saint Augustine's University. We were founded on June 14, 2017 by Aliyah Benton and co-founded by Lexxus Betts, Kirstyn Morris, and Amber Dickson. On December 19, 2019 Thrive Women's Empowerment became an official North Carolina Nonprofit Incorporation.
