For over twenty years, the Chamber of Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration Ciesp/Fiesp has been one of the leaders in business dispute resolution services. Established in May 1995 by the Center of the Industries of the State of São Paulo (Ciesp) and by the Federation of the Industries of the State of São Paulo (Fiesp), CCMA Ciesp/Fiesp administers conciliations, mediations and arbitrations, offering support in the development of such proceedings. Chaired by two retired Chief-Justices of the Brazilian Supreme Court, Sydney Sanches and Ellen Gracie, the Chamber offers a roster of arbitrators and mediators including renowned legal experts and former judges. The Chamber’s administration is autonomous and independent.
