The Institute's objective is to provide support for the development of the Espírito Santo business class, through the creation of a space which allows discussions about various topics of interest, providing young entrepreneurs with political, philosophical, economic, managerial and ethical training. The proposal consists of a differentiated training method for young business leaders, disconnected from the formal education system, aiming at promoting the construction of a more mature and free democracy.
